I found Dr. Boozan to be very friendly. He answered my questions and my exam seemed quite thorough.
On one occasion I waited a while, but I asked the receptionist how the day was progressing and was able to go out for a snack.
I find that all my doctors like to have their exam rooms filled so they can go from room to room without waiting for the patients to arrive. I always call my urologist's office to get a realistic estimate of when the doctor will actually get to me. That saves a lot of aggravation, as the wait could be over 2 hours if I arrive at the scheduled time.
I'm quite satisfied with Dr. Boozan. I guess that I'm an exception in that I'm willing to do a review even if I don't have a complaint.
