Boots & Saddle

I've always enjoyed my time here. Drags are awesome staff are equally awesome and great drink specials. The recent things that went down at boots and saddles have been twisted. This bar respect every LGB and T! The trans person was not kicked out because she was trans both of them were kicked out both (allegedly straight female) and trans person due to their confrontations at the bar. Don't believe everything the media or other say. I go here all the time enough to know this bar does not discriminate against any type of LGBT especially the T. Everyone is welcomed.

I was only here once while on vacation, which I just returned home from. We watched as a Transgender Woman was given grief for using the Woman's room. A Cis Gender Woman made a stink & then lied saying she felt threatened & uncomfortable. The Security person said the bar catered to straight Women & threw the Transgender Woman out. I travel quite extensively & this is the most disturbing & disgusting thing I've ever witnessed in an LGBTQ establishment in the United States or Canada. This is listed as a drag bar in the Gay guide & online. I seriously doubt that this has become a straight bar but it's definitely a bar for liars. Perhaps the staff & patrons should study up on what the T means in LGBTQ. I will never go here again & I highly recommend that no one else should either. If I were the Transgender Woman, I would file a complaint with the city & then find an attorney to sue for enough to own the bar. I give it 1 star because this review site won't allow me to rate this bar any lower.

My friend usually asks me to meet him here. I've never really been one for drags shows but, they're pretty awesome here. They're quite entertaining & the crowd is friendly. The drinks are good & the food is great. Check it out!

I understand when its busy that things get tough, but if I stand at a bar for 15 mins after putting in my order and told to wait then let someone walk up and make their drink its a bit messed up. I don't understand how you then clean the bar, count the money and I asked for a mimosa and tequila screwdriver. Yeah don't come expecting to have your order done quickly and if your of color from what I've noticed walk lightly... fucked up. That's all, drags are awesome though.

Drag shows almost all day! Affordable drinks and specials! The Queens come off as "tip mongerers" but remember - this is their job and the drinks are affordable enough to issue a handful of dollars to the performers.
