Bonobos Headquarters

Really cool experience to get fitted for clothes at Bonobos. I was able to try on various sizes in all sorts of different styles/cuts. Then easy process to order by pointing at things you want. Now I know my sizes for future online orders. Store was clean, spacious, and filled with friendly staff.

I love bonobos pants and being in the headquarters was a real thrill. The staff were super helpful, and they emailed me everything I tried on so I could purchase it later online.

While a decent idea, there are several reasons why the Guideshop in Chelsea is very poorly executed:
1. If you are on the 5th floor, say so in your google listing. It is not a game of hide and seek and providing incomplete information in a listing is annoying.
2. If your fittings are by appointment, say so in your google listing. Walking in and having a rude person carrying macbook air by the screen as if it is an ipad sneer and rudely comment because you have not called ahead is off putting to begin the experience.
3. If you are going to force people to shop using your website, train them how to do so. Watching the girl fumble around the keys while the website was not responding and then not understand the process of filtering by size or color wasted even more of my time and the whole thing was ultimately unsuccessful because everything that I tried on was not available in the colors that I requested.
