Thoroughly enjoyed the porridge. Tried the seafood and the beef with mushroom. Will definitely be back to try the other interesting flavors. There's just something comforting and cozy about this type of food...

its good...it like old school comfort food... like when you are not feeling well or hungover food. trying them all.

We had the abalone porridge. It was delicious!!!!

if you are sick or just need something to warm you up, try this place. The porridge is really good, especially the kim chee/squid. It may not sound it, but its very satisfying. The prices are a bit high so be warned.

Coming from an asian family, Juk(porridge) is something that's consumed quite often, especially when you're ill.

I decided to check out this place after seeing many of my korean friends carry their logo bag around school.

First off, the inside. The design of the interior is very nice, comforting and overall welcoming. It's nice and quiet, and feels less like a restaurant and more like a comfortable hotel lobby. That's a good thing, hotel lobbies always have a relaxing tone to them and comfortable seating, at least all the ones I've been to.

The food, I ordered a seafood porridge and took my food to go. The porridge tasted incredible. The meat is soft, and there's flavor in every bite/slurp. I honestly cannot think of any porridge places that offer the same kind of quality and taste. Of course, I never order porridge from any restaurant before, so this was definitely a first.

Price for any soup in this place isn't cheap, but quality never is.

I would love to come back hear again. Would definitely recommend people check this place out, especially those sick people who want a touch of mom's home cooking.
