Worst worst worst keratin treatment ever! I did not wanna write anything bad, i really did not, i waited like 5 days ,i said "oh maybe it is the weather, oh maybe it is gonna get better when i wash my hair one more time maybe ,"i paid 570 dollars total, i was expecting something good, this is the worst!! My hair is fuzzy, and actually more fuzzy than it is normally, it is crazy, i actually knew something was wrong with my hair because i had keratin 2 more times before and after those treatments my hair was not fuzzy and definitely straight and defnitely smooth, ,at least a month, what is this, first wash after 3 days, my hair is fuzzy and it looks terrible, definitely doesnt look like i had keratin treatment 5 days ago! I actually knew they sucked, i knew, because he was rushing my hair to get some other customer already, same day i went back, i said it is terrible my hair is fuzzy and it doesnt look straight , he said oh i m mot responsible from flat iron blah blah wtf? Keratin is flat iron right? It should be that way so hair can stay exactly the same. Look at this terrible result now, i already have straight hair and i only have keratin to get rid of fuzziness and to make it more straight, and i have very good natural hair , result pay too much get nothing, i m using flat iron now to get my hair straight , i dont know why i paid this much money for nothing, i wish i went to my old place , i picked this place because it was closer and i saw good reviews, i m soo sad!! I will go another place and get some real keratin treatment !!!he even give me his number if i have any complain, oh really??? I had complain on first day already for not straightening my hair enough i had to go back , what happened? Nothing offcourse he tried to make me believe that my hair sucked and that is it!! I would never go to this place anymore 570 dollars and i got nothing!!! Still using flat iron!!!! I m not gonna go to complain one more time because all they do is trying to make me believe that i should let them to cut half of my hair and my hair is straight they did a good job ,which they not, i know keratin , i had two times before, those were wonderful, such a big mistake i did and i read the reviews and gave it a try by paying three times more money!!!!
