The staff at Bonita Hair Salon are beyond unprofessional. They don't listen to customers request, because they are consistently on their phone, singing, and dancing all while doing hair and speaking to customers. They don't follow instructions. I went as far as to show the lady a photo and she did the opposite of what I showed her and what I asked for. I asked for dark brown highlights on the top portion of my hair, my entire hair is now honey blond. She bleached my entire hair. Not to mention that I spent over 5 hours there. They use high heat on the hair without using heat protectant first in the hair and this is on freshly bleached hair. They are also very rough when handling the hair. They lady used her acrylic nails to dig into my scalp, damaging my hair follicles and leaving numerous cuts on the back of my neck. So disappointed because that was my go-to hair salon whenever I'm in Brooklyn.
