Overall, We give Mike and his team at Bond Street Mortgage a perfect 10 ... excellent staff who are very professional and extremely efficient in what they do. We would highly recommend them for everyone. I would like to thank them for everything, we just closed today and will Enjoy our Christmas in our new home :)

Purchasing a home is one of scariest adventures a family can embark upon. My wife and I were working with another broker and it felt like we were making deals with Saruman the White. Super sleazy and difficult to trust. Bond Street emerged out of this darkness. Shane, straight out of the Shire, was a refreshingly trustworthy and pleasant face in a daunting industry. He, along with his merry fellowship of companions (Vanessa and James), navigated us through the perils of the mortgage process and our fears were extinguished faster than a ring in the fires of Mount Doom. I cannot recommend Bond Street more highly

This company is the only reason my husband and I were able to buy a house! We didn't know where to start, how much we could afford, or what to do financially, to eventually be in a better place to buy a home. Michael LiPari took the time to explain what needed to be done, and helped us every step of the way. He answered every email, and phone call in a timely matter. We always felt like we were his only clients. That is how much attention he gave us! It is hard to find a person, and a company, with these qualities. We finally closed on our first home this week, and it wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for Bond Street Mortgage. Thanks again!
