Bobby's Burger Palace

My friend and I stopped in for lunch. We ordered 2 turkey burgers , they came out pink. We questioned the waiter about it, he went and got the manager. The manager stated that no they shouldn't be pink and that color and he would have them redone, and he would remove them from our bill. We expressed to him that we weren't concerned about the bill, we just didn't want to eat raw food. He said he understood but it would take 10 min. to make the burgers and since we now had to wait for another order that was the least he could do. We asked him to keep our fries warm while we waited and he said they would bring us fresh fries as well. That was so above and beyond the call of duty. Once our new burgers came out, they were amazing. The fresh fries and onion rings were awesome, and the lemonade was so sweet. Well worth the trip. I cannot wait to go back, and will gladly pay full price next time.

This was a disappointment. The restaurant was dirty, the service was slow, fries came cold, and a "well-done" request came with a bloody center. Also noticed a pile of bloody papers which separate the uncooked burgers piled up on a tray, then scooped up by hand and the same hand dipping into the seasonings to apply to the burgers on the grill. Cannot recommend.

Great service, awesome staff and clean. Good selection of burgers. Had the Crunch and Vegas burgers. Sweet potatoes fries were great. Onion rings were okay.

A real shame. The burgers and sides used to be very good but recently they changed the recipe to include pepper/spice in EVERYTHING. Onion rings are now battered with so much pepper you can SEE IT. Burgers leave your taste buds pleading for actual flavor instead of just heat. Apparently they stopped buying salt all together because the only thing without a dunking in pepper is the fries and they just taste of oil.

Best burger I've had in a long time. Very affordable. Simple and clean environment. I will definitely be back!
