Bahama Breeze

I was looking forward to eating out here with my boyfriend for Valentine's day. We made reservations. Got ready. Showed up. We waited twenty minutes pass the time of our reservation. They had a leak from their roof that ended up leading them to closing the restrooms down, so we waited twenty minutes just to be told that there were no restrooms available for our stay. I'm 38 weeks pregnant so this was a special occasion for us tonight and to be told there are no restrooms is kind of a big deal when you have a baby pushing on your bladder. They offered no discounts or anything for the wait and inconveniences. I can understand a leak occurring and having to shut down the plumbing, but when you make your customers wait for their reservation and tell them they can't use the bathrooms for their stay you should offer them something in return for the hassle. Not only this but the hostess up front was copping an attitude due to everything being overwhelming. I was a hostess so I understand the whole getting overwhelmed deal but at that point you should pass over the responsibility to the other hosts standing behind you doing nothing who aren't so overwhelmed. Waitress was exhausted and I feel for the poor lady. I'm probably never coming back to one of these places again. Thanks for the horrible experience lol.

One year ago, my family ate at bahama breeze and they hated it. Now my friend ate there and he got food poisoning... Wow!

Food was delicious, but the service and time to cook the food was a bit longer than expected. My wife and I went to enjoy a night out to be seated at the bar section. I saw the manager clowning a patron about his wife's purse. You guys could step up on the professionalism a bit.

The food was OK... I spent over $100 with just my wife and myself, so I definitely don't feel the food met the expectations of the price to dine. I think we had one, maybe two drinks at most. So the bulk of the bill was in the food. I think they need to either drop the prices if they are going to cook Red Lobster quality food, or step their kitchen game up. The best thing I ate here was a roasted vegetable s sandwich I ate once when I was on a diet.

Went there for a dinner party of 20. Amazing service, the food was brought out all together and all orders were delicious! The drinks were also great. Our server was very attentive and the store manager checked on us frequently.
