You can get good deals for okay furniture. On the day of delivery you need to be there to check everything. Make sure they don't deliver damaged furniture. Do expect them to deliver as you order. You may need two to three attempts delivery times before you see all what you orered. The insurance or protection plan they offer you is a complete rip off. They find the right way/words to not honor the "plan that covers maintenance and repair of damaging of furniture.

I love Bob's furniture because, they are economical, the staff there are courteous, and very helpful and most of all they have very beautiful furnitures.

I was very surprised by quality and variety of the merchandise I saw at Bob' Discount Furniture. Not only that, their prices are fairly reasonable. Of course the sales people were attentive, but they weren't pushy. My only knock against the sales person who helped me is that she completed my transaction and then proceeded to tell me they are out of stock; this is a definite no, no. She apologized and promised to call me once the furniture came in, for which she later did. I do intend shop there again.

DO NOT SHOP AT BOB'S. I went to the the store in carle place and the sales person Kevin was very nice. He helped us with the sale and that's when Bobs stopped being great. We just got a new apt and expected all furniture to be delivered today. When the driver comes he tells us that our bed frame is broken, our dresser is damaged and our sofa is ripped. So we ask him why would you bring broken pieces and his response is he's the driver and bobs loads it and supervisor signed off on it. So I call Bobs already upset and the receptionist puts me on hold for thirty minutes and when I talked to her she wasn't accommodating tells us they can give us another delivery but the dresser is on back order and I need to wait 3 weeks. So now I no bed to sleep on with my wife and have to take two additional days off work. Bobs said they would compensate me by giving me half off delivery. This is by far the worst customer service I have seen. My wife and I have to sleep on the floor and take two more days off work for Bobs mess up. If you enjoy broken furniture and horrible service I would say shop at bobs.

Lost a customer for life, first of all the quality is terrible we didn't have the living room set even for a year and the sectional broke as well as my chair. We considered the quality not being that good so we purchased the 5 year warranty as told by our salesman so we wouldn't have to worry. He specifically stated any reasons at all and they would send out an tech to fix it. But as most of the reviews state here is just a scam. Avoid Bobs Furniture the quality, customer service is terrible you can go somewhere else and get better quality for around the same price.
