The food here is a bit pricy but the big shabang seasoning tastes great with the seafood. Do I think it is worth the price for the amount of food given? No. But I do crave for it so I go to this resturant anyway. My bf and I go to boathouse once in a while and we always spend about 60-70 on 4 pounds of crawfish and shrimp. It sounds like a lot of food but the craw fish is mostly carcass and little to now meat. However it is super fresh almost all of the times we have been there.

Excellent restaurant loved the fried fish, scrimp cakes were very good, scrimp cajun rice was excellent, they gave us cellphone power packs as gifts when we leaving, nice quiet atmosphere, totally off the beaten path, proved a great venue to take a date. Would certainly go there again.

Great place. The food is excellent and very accurate to Cajon food. All their crawfish is live and fresh. The people that work at this place are very nice. I will be a regular
