I recently leased a BMW X4 from this dealership and I was very impressed. This is my second dealership, 7th BMW and I am very happy to do business with them. Alex was my salesman and he was courteous, professional and made the process go very smoothly. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a BMW.

Simply, avoid bringing your car to this dealer for service. Over priced. after charging me over $3500 they gave me my car back with TPM malfunction alert, a sensor that costs less than $50. The right indoor handle had sort of greasy chemical that melted part of it, until today I cant get rid of this grease. they kept my old battery knowing that I has asked to retain it, they made me drive back to them twice without being able to find it. I called them few times to complain, they placed me on long holds and never returned my call or did any follow up. Recently I took my car to Open Road for a set of 4 new tires,they gave me best price available any where including tire rack, they changed the tpm sensor for $70, they fixed the seat calibration error for free. I picked up my car my car from them and felt like I am driving a new car. In my opinion, this dealer = bad service + rip off

I've been a BMW owner/driver for over 20 years. I've now dealt with three different BMW dealerships during that time, and the new management at BMW of Springfield is outstanding.
Buying a car is usually a pretty stressful situation. This time around the sales reps, finance team, etc. were all a pleasure to deal with. The sales team even helped me to pick out a great option for a new car at the best price possible based on what they had on-hand.
5-star review on Yelp!, and these guys also received the highest rating possible on the BMW of North America surveys that are sent to customers after buying/servicing a car.
Give these guys a shot, if you want a luxury experience while looking for a new luxury car!

THIS REVIEW IS FOR SERVICE CENTER ONLY: The service center folks are courteous and helpful. They will actually go out of their way to make things right. I had a bad mishap with a brand new BMW. The folks were understanding and made every effort to help me feel better.
Parts: Parts here cost a lot more. Wish they would bring it in line. Most dealers will price match, they didn't.
Sales: Did not purchase a car here.

Best experience I had at a dealer for service in my life. I have called other dealers and been told they will not have an appointment for weeks or months, this place had an appointment the next day and they took me back and forth with a smile. Service was done in a matter of hours. The rep Paul was very nice too. Highly recommended
