Painless car shopping! This is our second purchase from this location and these individuals. Kris Z, Nick Nei, Wo and Anthony are very helpful, knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. We left mercedes after years of dishonesty, and will only buy BMW from this location from now on! Best service and overall buying experience that we have ever had! I would give more stars if I could!

Had an awesome experience at this dealership. I was referred to Lee my salesman. He is the best very personable, knowledgeable, and a true geniune person. We discussed what I wanted and the same day I got my car. Everyone that worked in the dealer were helpful, friendly, and customer service was top notch. Also loved the sales manager Kristen . Overall great experience.

I want to thank the professional team at BMW of Mamaroneck (Hugo, Anthony, Marc), and especially Jared Rubel, who was our sales advisor. The process was a delight. I know, not what you associate with a car sales experience! Jared showed us the models we were interested in and added others so we were sure. He was not pushy, he genuinely wanted us to find the best car for our needs. A week after the sale, Jared took extra time to explain the cool new features of the X3. He is a true techie, which helps when you want to understand the bells and whistles. HAD TO WRITE about Rani. It has been about a week since we picked up our new (and first ever) BMW from Mamaroneck BMW. We worked with the salesperson, Rani to find the right car for our family's needs. We love Rani and the staff at the dealership..No kidding the experience from the front of the house to the back was outstanding. In particular our experience from the first interaction with Rani was professional, and he was attentive during the entire process. Note, we can tell from expend test drive was a great experience.. Rani was outstanding and the entire team at Mamaroneck was so helpful as we actually searched for the right car and dealt with four other BMW dealerships in NY and CT before buying this car. By -far this team stands head and shoulders above the competition. Management should be very pleased with the results- Rani was great to deal with and we are still singing his praise.
