Been going there for over 10 years and for the pass 3 years they have failed me completely the staff seem to be confused often never answers the phone between 1145 and 1230 ... complete disregard to someone's health or personal life ... if you need a school medical form completed please make more the 2 copies they have lost my child's form 3 times ... very unhappy with the service for the past few years !
