Blue Bubbles Super Laundromat/FREE DRYING 7 DAYS A WEEK

I hate this laundrament's employees. It says it has free dryers but when we ask for one more coin to add for dryer, the employees are not adding anymore coins. I hate dryers as well. Dryers are not working properly. I will never go there again and non of my family member will go there anymore.

How long do you think this place takes to resolve items that they have lost? I am on 1 month & a half (as of the writing of this review) and beginning to think it will never be resolved. How do I know this will not be resolved? Cause no one wants to resolve it on their own and the boss man doesnt give a damn either. Had him on the phone and he tells me his wife is sick and that is why he cannot reach out to me in 1 month and then when he does call he tells me there is a pant unclaimed and that he will call me the next day. Never did call me back the next day....bordering on a two weeks now since i heard form him (Dont tell me you cant reachy me directly cause I told you waht time and number you can get me at). Oh, by the way called back again...and he is currently on vacation with his sick wife. Oh and apparently he lied about even having some pants that are unclaimed (caused I got the info from another person there). So, I am waiting for a resolution on a lost item of mine with a place that does not give a damn about resolving. I reccommened that you do not give your clothing to be laundered to this place. Unless you want the complte aggravation of having to wait forever to get s simple problem resolved. I cant believe this guy cant resolve a simple issue in a timelay manner. care about your money when laundering, dont come here......or get ready to get plugged w/o vaseline.
