Blood Manor

Let's see October and in the spirit of Halloween, so I've been hitting the haunted houses selection in the city. So far it probably unscientifically, since I've only gone to 2 but of the two(first being Nightmare: Fairytales) and then Bloody Manor I have to say Bloody Manor wins this round. Ding ding ding!

I'm not sure of the reviews below if we went to the same haunted house. Maybe it was an off night(Sunday night), no lines and the actor was just having fun and weren't tired since there wasn't a mob in line apparently like the previous reviewers. 

Secondly, it is a freaking haunted house and people are all so serious about it. You go to have fun. I though the rooms were immersive, lots of details, lots of psychedelic trippy colors,  the actors kept us on the edge popping out, crawling out of everywhere. You are constantly looking around and I never quite know when they are going to jump out at you. In one room I was so busy looking at something I was completely caught off guard. It was a bit disorientating in some of the rooms(but that why it is a haunted house), and the added 3D aspect towards the end was cool added touch. It is a bit too on the short side and many complain about the cost which I can see $20 for a 10 minute thrill is on the expensive side.

We went with low expectations from the reviews and the last one we went to but in the end we had a good scary fun and that was all it mattered.

This place is awesome!!! I went here with my best friend. It was so crazy that my Pandora bracelet fell off my wrist. I was sooooo sad when I realized. I spoke to the manager and he assured me that he would find it and call me first thing in the morning. He did exactly that! They found my bracelet and held it for me until I was able to retrieve it! That meant a lot. They took the time out to look for it! Will definitely be going back next year!
The lines may seem long but it moves very fast!

The characters roaming around outside were far more elaborate than anything inside. Standard creepy decor and lighting - a few good jump scares. Generally entertaining but far too expensive for a 10 minute haunt. (2013)

Went there last night 10/17/15 , honestly waste of money , not scary at all , I never write reviews about places but this place was just so bad on my opinion , the expierence was fun with 5 person group I went with all funny and kept a great laugh, but I wouldn't go there ever again lol oh well

Just walked thru, I don't get scared easy but, I was scared by the impressive actors and over the top stunts andand risqué morbid humor... Highly recommended
