Bliss Spa

Checking out a new spa with a good reputation because of their line of products, my friend and colleague and I were excited. We enjoyed the tea and snacks available. I enjoyed my massage but it was not an intense one.
I thought the other individuals who were also using the spa were very friendly.

The area was clean and nicely decorated for a relaxing moment in a hustling city/
I feel that I have had better spa days than this one but I encourage people to try and decide for themselves!

Ilona, the Hungarian nail tech did it again!!
I love her manicures, they last almost 2 weeks, and her pedicures are simply the best. She is meticulous and careful, but fast if you're in a rush! I like that she gives you peace if your not in the mood for talking.
I will follow her anywhere.

The Great/Good: Massage and Facial technicians are the BEST, the lounge is so relaxing, great music selections
The OK: Cleaning staff was lingering in the hallways having rather loud chat breaks or something, and the reception desk staff upstairs seemed to be having some kind of bitch session about other personnel and guests (might want to take that behind closed doors)

You should get there about 15 minutes before your appointment. I go there to get pedicures and it's a really awesome location and the staff is so helpful. Their selection of polish is good: Essie, and another brand. Everyone is friendly here, unlike another Bliss location I have gone to before. The pedicure room is nice as well.

Come early for your appointment to enjoy the relaxation lounge (no phones are allowed) and the small buffet of brownie bites, cucumber slices, cheese cubes, cucumber and teas. Online booking system makes it easy to schedule and change your appointments. The Bliss 75 massage is a lovely indulgence, especially with the heated foot softening packs they put on you at the start of the treatment. This location, inside a hotel, does attract more tourists than the other locations. They have recently started holding special events (e.g., book readings, celebrity appearances...etc) to broaden their target audience.
