This is one of my favorite tastings in NYC. Inside this huge pristine kitchen, each course is carefully curated from having different textures in each bite to having each ingredient compliment every other ingredient in each bite. Not many chefs take food to this level of creativity. Good luck getting a reservation.

I know what's up with food. This is the underground king of restaurants in New York City. Not only is the food is an incredible adventure, but the staff are what sets it apart. Get the wine pairing. A combination of Champange, Wine, Beer, Saki, Congac and desert wine take this "you'll never forget in a lifetime" experience to the next level. So fun, Thank You!!!!

Open to only 12 diners per night, this spot is extremely difficult to get into. Once you snag a reservation, you'll be rewarded with an incredible 20+ course tasting menu. The pastas are all divine.
