I haven't been to the original location yet, but this Hudson Eats location disappoints. My multigrain everything bagel was burnt as is (not toasted) and seemed day old since it was dry and slightly cold as if it had been in the fridge. As others have mentioned, service is slow. The only redeeming quality was the scallion cream cheese, which I enjoyed. But next time I'll just go to a deli to get a better quality and less expensive bagel.

Black Seed is great, but this location was SLOW. They also took my order for a roast beef sandwich, only to tell me 10 minutes later they were out of roast beef. Love their other locations though. Food is 5 star

Good, but soooooo slow! It should not take more than five minutes to toast a bagel and put some butter on it.

Out of onion and garlic bagels, and when I asked for the smoked trout which is listed on both their menu boards I was told that it had not been available for over a year. When I asked the guy in charge why he didn't erase it (it's a chalkboard, after all) he shrugged and said it wasn't his job. And then my bagel wasn't toasted even though the order taker had asked me and I said yes. Come on guys, it's not that hard to run a bagel store, and at Brookfield Place prices, that's ridiculous!

Great bagels, toasted to perfection with plenty of options available. Wish they did cappuccinos too
