This place is the best, if you really want your child to be a well behaved , disciplined and above all protect himself or his / her siblings. I highly recommend ATA parlin to every single parent. Master Mac and the other instructors are excellent and passionate at what they do for the entire school. Not only do they teach self defense, physical fitness and proper forms of Tae Kwon Do but they go the extra mile to instill discipline, confidence, self respect, motivation and leadership qualities in all students of different ages and various backgrounds. The basics of this program will help my kids to excel in every step of their life and be strong not only body but mind also, it will also teach them how to defend oneself in case of any mishap. My family is blessed to be a part of ATA family. A very big Thank you to Master Mac and his awesome team.

Dale Carnegie once said, "You can conquer almost any fear if you will only make up your mind to do so. For remember, fear doesn’t exist anywhere except in the mind.”

My two children could have learned to fight anywhere, but that is not what I wanted. I wanted my children to learn how to integrate martial arts and emotional intelligence with harmony and balance so as to turn the notion of fear into opportunity for success.

Master McInerney and his wonderful staff of professionals at The ATA Black Belt Academy have masterfully formulated a program that features a balanced blend of age-appropriate martials arts with life-long lessons of leadership and emotional intelligence development. The program is specifically designed with a focus on developing complete, emotionally intelligent leaders that can walk into any situation, take control, and achieve success.

Our son has been attending the Palin ATA school since he was 5 and has been with them for the past 6+ years. While he has learnt Tae Kwon Do, more importantly he has also learnt discipline, team work and a sense of community.

One of the best things about this academy is the instructors are young and they can relate to the kids much better, making the experience lot more fun.

During sparring, the kids are encouraged to compete with each other, you could see them pull for each other during graduation tests. I am sure the kids enjoy friendly competition and encouraging atmosphere, at the same time, learning important life skills.

My family has been a member of the ATA Family for nearly 2 years. I use the word family because that is what it is. Not only are my daughters learning discipline and self-defense, they are learning the true meaning of what a community is. The ATA Blackbelt Academy has demonstrated that a strong work ethic, positive reinforcement and teamwork can overcome many of life's hurdles. An example of this is their continuing work in Sayreville after the town was ravaged by Superstorm Sandy. Not only did they volunteer countless hours at the Storm Center they also helped demo homes in the community, saving the homeowners THOUSANDS of dollars and easing the stress levels as well. I am ATA proud, ATA strong and do not hesitate to tell anyone.
