I am dealing with Biju Joseph from quite some time now. He is punctual, and takes appointments even on short notice. He is soft spoken, and he is a professional at his work, his reports are very detailed with pictures, gives correct advice about the property he is inspecting. He delivers the report almost the same day. I have had questions even after inspection and called Biju and he would guide me. I would definitely recommend Biju for Home Inspections.

BJs Home Inspection conducted a thorough inspection on my house. I am happy with the inspection. His walkthrough of the report was very helpful and I received the home inspection reports within 24 hours after the inspection.

I am a first time home buyer. I am very glad that I chose BJs Home Inspection. Mr. Joseph was very detailed and accurate with the inspection. I was amazed with the little things that were wrong with the house and alerted me about what needs to be fixed before buying the house. I would recommend this service to friends and family. My dad was also pleased with Mr. Joseph and called him again for a second inspection. He is very patient and very detailed.

Great Report,
All the detail explained on the Property for which the inspection performed was accurate. Report helped me to properly understand weakness and plus points about the property.
Will be my inspector for next property as his report exposed the problems the seller was hiding. This was the reason refuse the sign contract without my conditions being accepted.
