The staff is completely unprofessional and they harass the businesses in the region for scrap metal. They asked for our leftover metals that were previously in patients' mouths. Even after refusing to give them our scrap metal based on the fact that such metals are considered bio-hazardous waste, they continued to call our office and ask the same questions. When asked to be taken off of their call list, they were verbally aggressive, unprofessional, and feckless.
