Billy is a LB staple, cruising the neighborhood in his Hawaiian shirt. Good food, fun atmosphere.

I initially stopped here because they have a giant wifi sign in the window and I was hoping to find a place to get some work done and have a drink. They have a huge U shaped bar with plenty of space. The service is pretty good and it feels like Cheers, where they all know each other. I imagine that once the tourists starting coming for the beach that is 2 blocks away it will get packed during the weekends. But for the most part it seems like a decent place to grab a drink and something to eat. The food was about average in choice and flavor. I think the real drawl will be the bar and nearby beach.
