Paid cash$5,275 for new Burnham boiler IN4 in April 2015, Thought they were good company. They did not want to give us the invoice (receipt) and we had to go to their office to get it. In October 2015, the boiler did not work right. We called them to fix for free and solve the problem. First day, He came and stayed less than 5 minutes and leave without fixing anything.
We called them again. Second day, Henry came and he had flush the water and the boiler run better and he should told us the truth and flush the new system. The contract of the new boiler was said they will return at no charge to flush and we never agreed to pay any service fee. This was their responsible to install and make it work right. In November 2015, they mailed me the bill $359.91 and they said I agreed to the service fee. They are liar and take advantage people!!!! I would like to share this and hope to help.
