Their pizzas are below average and toppings are a ripoff. They frequently get orders wrong especially deliveries. But they are still much better than Domino's.

Big Jim's is good for a quick stop or a family meal. The food is great, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly!

I've known Big Jim's since I was in elementary school. I remember they gave pizza every Friday at JFK elementary in Wayne. I don't know if they still do that but they've grown a lot since then. I've had other pizzas but I just keep coming back to Big Jim's! Nice staff too

I don't order here anymore even though I love their Italian subs. The last few times I called their restaurant I was always greeted by a less than friendly young woman who was always rude to me no matter how nice I was to her. The last time I ordered I got a little rude back and "coincidentally" after I gave her my card information, I get a call from my bank saying that my debit card was used somewhere in Pennsylvania -__-.. Granted I know giving card info over the phone can be ify, but I have NEVER had this problem before or with Big Jim's. If their customer service gets better, I'll return. Until then, no thanks!
