Great local BBQ store. The staff was very helpful and knowledgable about all of the grills they have. They were extremely accommodating, built and delivered our grill the same day! Support local business and shop here. Quality products and a friendly experience.

I live in Westchester went to local Quadrafire dealer got runaround twice so I looked up other dealers and found Big Apple BBQ & Fireplace. Went in and meet Tony very nice to deal with no runaround gave me a great price with installation on a Mt Vernon insert. Sent three guys to install the following week very neat and helpful. would definitely tell any one from the Westchester area to give them a call. The only thing I am waiting for is the cold weather. LOL

These guys have everything from high end to budget BBQ equipment including the Big Green Egg and all supplies. They took good care of my wife and I when I had a warranty issue and took the time to call us and inform us when our parts arrived.

I recently used Big Apple when we had an issue with another company that was a terrible experience. I was reluctant to use any company after we went through hell with a company in Bronxville. I spoke with Joe and he had some of his guys come out to do an estimate. He was so nice on the phone and was understanding when I explained our circumstance. They came right away and were very professional. They gave me a very fair deal and scheduled the work to be done so that it worked around my schedule. They sent Jesus and one other gentlemen who I cant remember his name, but they were both great. They did all they work in a timely manner and cleaned up any mess that was made. They walked me through the whole process while they were doing the work and I was so happy with the end result. The fireplace looks great works great and I was so happy with this company. I totally recommend them and after working with a company that was terrible I truly feel this experience was amazing. 100% recommend them.
