I've only picked up tubes here but can tell it is a good shop. Customer service was prompt and polite. They are well stocked with reasonably priced parts and accessories. The selection of bikes looked good too with some better brands represented

Purchased a bike for my girlfriend. She's pretty tall so I got a men's bike. Not realizing the subtle differences between a woman's bike and a man's like a wider seat, she took it back the next day and they helped her with all the arrangements so she could have a super comfy ride. Overall great experience.

I've purchased a couple of bicycles from here as well as accessories. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Not a pressure sales environment. Tell them what you are looking for and what your budget is and they'll help you fit the best bike. They even provide free tune-ups for a couple of years after you purchase. I recommend!

We are a cycling family and hard on equipment. Great experiences here so far. Good service and fair prices. Definitely focus on being practical to meet my needs. When I went for an overhaul on one bike they didn't try to up sell me new shifters even though mine are 20 yrs old. But did order a higher end rear wheel when they realized the ones they had in stock weren't good enough.
