I discovered this place via MealPass. The partnership is definitely delivering some much needed and well deserved foot traffic to this west of west Chelsea spot.
The food here is ah-may-zing - take a look at my photos for reference. There is certainly an order to the lunch time madness as a shelf adjacent to the cash register holds all the lunches in order of pick-up time and name.
Food quality is stellar with very little salt, and minimal ingredients to deliver maximum flavor. The proteins, chicken breast and salmon in particular are just juicy to perfection. The watermelon salad is also quite refreshing and unique. Green and lean proteins galore!
Wi-fi is available and there is also water available at the condiment counter free of charge. Also, if you enter via the 11th avenue entrance, the kitchen area has a giant window and you can see everything being prepared.
Only flaw is that each time I've been, the staff has been less than friendly. Like the MTA says - "..even better, add a smile :) "

Simple, fresh, seasonal food... better than anything else on the far west side. Salmon and tilapia are both awesome and the kale side is delicious. Tons of options.

Everything tastes and looks incredibly fresh. I had the Guggenheim, a delicious shrimp sandwich that didn't taste only of sauce like many seafood sandwiches out there. The shrimp plump, juicy and perfectly cooked. The staff person allowed me to get two different sides in a single side container because I really wanted to try the kale salad and the eggplant tomato feta salad. Both were flavorful, perfectly dressed and super fresh. You can tell they made a small batch and it wasn't sitting in dressing all day. The portions were good. I thought is was going to be your typical pricey sandwich shop but it's a pleasantly surprising eatery. There is ample seating and there is free wifi! Kinda too good to be true. I will absolutely be back to eat here or to pick up stuff for a picnic a block away on the waterfront.

this eatery is an oasis in the middle of the food desert known as West Chelsea. 5 stars for being the best fast casual of recent (or any) memory. Miso glazed salmon with a perfectly dressed kale salad and a delightful red cabbage salad. Also quite a good value for the portions.
