It is so wonderful to have a business that exceeds your hopes, but that has been exactly my experience from the minute I walked into their shop through the entire process. I ordered 2 slipcovers. ..one for summer and one for winter.
They helped me select materials and even better, their prices were very reasonable particularly considering the service I received.
I could not be more pleased!

Bettertex does an outstanding job in a timely and very friendly manner. It was a pleasure working with Albert during the ordering process and their customer service is the best. Highly recommended for any custom project! A+++

I visited several other upholsterers in the NYC area before deciding to work with Bettertex. They were professional and did a fabulous job on 2 chairs. Highly recommended!

You were more than competitive with other companies and also provide a service unmatched by anyone else.
Your staff are professional to the tee, extremely efficient, and it is refreshing to see that good quality service still exists.
Because of everything, I always recommend the BETTERTEX to everyone!!!.....
