Went into the Branch the first week in November to request a secured credit card be closed. This was my 2nd attempt to close the account after being given misleading information. Manager incorrectly advised that it would be closed in 2 weeks and the money returned to either my checking or savings. I called back in 12/2/2015 and no record of the request was ever put in and they want you to wait another 45 days to get your money back. Horrible back office and customer service operations. No accountability. Seek a real bank for banking business.

You can't beat a FREE checking account vs all those ridiculous jumping through hoops you have to do with banks to not get a monthly fee. checks are FREE because I have direct deposit. Customer Service is 10000+. Doesn't even feel like banking, feels like you want to come it put your feet up have coffee and talk to the tellers lol.

This a really good branch very friendly, service is awesome and the staff makes you feel so comfortable you don't want to leave especially Valerie very good bank I highly recommend it..
