The food was good and fresh, as far as Chinese food goes. Just a little too greasy with the fried rice. Delivery was fast all in all a tasty meal

I've worked across the street from this place for the past 7 years and it makes me sad that their costumer service is so bad now. Their service is pretty fast alright but they have most orders I have placed in the past couple of months.
I think I'll start ordering at the place two blocks down the street from now on.

Fast service. Although Best Wok has a few chairs and tables, I would consider this restaurant a take out Chinese food restaurant. Their food quality is consistently great and they are by far better than the average Chinese restaurant. Price is about the same as others. Service, ha ... its hard to rate service from a NY metropolitan take out restaurant ... yes, delivery is fast but, in terms of service, please and thank you is all one can expect. I give them a 8/10

Nothing new for this type of restaurant. I like them because their delivery is usually very fast. Sometimes the quality of the food changes from very good to so-so. But, I've never had to call them back because of a complaint. On a scale of 1-10, I would give this restaurant a 6.5... which is better than a lot of the other Chinese restaurants around here that rate about a 4.
