Best Western PLUS Regency House Hotel

Great hotel. Beautiful, clean and way under priced. I stay exclusively at Best Western locations when I travel for business, about 15 nights a month. Out of all the places I have stayed this one was the best. Great staff, great fitness center, Happy Hour in the bar, descent breakfast. I could not be happier. Thank you so much!

Awful. Don't be tricked into thinking this is a luxurious hotel. Came out of the shower to management trying to break into my room because they thought I was staying past my check out time, although I had an extended reservation in which the front desk failed to tell me that I'd have to re check out and in. Extremely unfriendly front desk staff during the day and night. Room was fine, if a little musty. Also, don't ask for cookies on the way out, although I deserved them for this experience. Also, Wifi simply does not work whatsoever.

For three months I've attempted to contact management about my stay. I also called their main company, but each Best Western is individually owned. This means that if the particular Best Western you stay in doesnt feel like helping you or correcting a bad situation then they won't; at all. They will not call me back! We booked a suite because I had my infant daughter and she needed her own space to sleep. Nothing in the rooms worked! I had to wake my daughter up to switch rooms! And my daughter got hand mouth and foot there because it's SO dirty. Seriously just gross. And they're so rude. They're are other options... Choose someone else. Just a warning!

Using the word "Hate" is to harsh of a word, while considering this hotel does deserve a 1 star (at most) Wi-fi Here is the worse thing EVER.

Although my room alone is pleasant and no complaints there.
It doesn't make up for awful foul stinch smell walking down to my room.. (Every morning, all afternoon)
Even having VERY noticeable Ripped, worn and ruffled carpet through-out the hallways upstairs. Only adds to the terrible rotten smell leading in and out.

Cons:
WIFI is ABSOLUTELY Inconsistent and useless.
To the point of pure headaches.
If you relay (needing it) for work purposes, consider yourself screwed.

The Facility Gym is the size of three bathrooms (literally)
and serve you ZERO purpose or help when you are looking to utilize staying healthy or fit, away on your trip and stay here.

As well as the clearly needed renovations or worn carpets and tears.
And God awful rotten smell thought the hallways.

If I had to choose, I would never recommend let alone come back.
Things this important, has to be addressed now or have been before.
Therefor, needs to be fixed.
For now it's a 1 star.

Pros: Very nice employees, and great pleasant rooms.
Delicious complementary breakfast.
