Front desk is very helpful, room is clean, sound isolation is great, location of the hotel is very convenient, 3 minutes walk to the sub station. 15 minutes sub ride to Manhattan. Very good deal!

The staff is friendly. But we had to wait for 1 hour before we got our room. The rooms though are really nice for the price. The breakfast is good, especially the donuts :) all it all apart from the checkin experience, I would really recommend this place.

Stayed 1 night in the worst Hotel room we have EVER had. For next customers, please refuse room 111, you will never sleep...it's small (but clean) but the situation is totally incredible! Close to the entrance, In front of elevators, between 2 breakfast rooms, the common restrooms and the car park. This should never be a bedroom, but I suppose That "square meter is money" for the management. No refunds when Check Out but apologizes from the reps, knowing the problem.
Unacceptable.
