The staff was rude especially the girl at returns. I spent over an hour trying to get a problem solved and she even gathered a group of african americans by the exit. She said I have something against her. She was unprofessional and had a really bad attitude. No knowledge and took things personal. I'm just a consumer, horrible experience at this store.
