Best Buy

Called, was put on hold and was never attended. Called back three times and my call was not answered.

Customer service definitely needs work.

Great Best Buy. Very large with a lot of inventory. A lot of customer service reps eager to help out so I'm not sure why people are dinging them for customer service.

Been here a few timess. This store has terrible customer service, apathetic staff, and extended waits (even in the shortest of lines). If you can go somewhere elsethen do it.

Brought my wife's laptop in to fix a broken screen. First, they charged us money for them to ship it out to Kentucky. Um, why are we paying for you to ship it out when you really should be doing the repairs there. Anyway, when Geek Squad finally calls with a quote, it is 3x the amount originally quoted in the store and cost more than the computer is worth. We were so frustrated that we went to another company to buy a new laptop and had the best customer experience ever. I will never use Geek Squad again.

Another incident is we went in to buy a desktop computer there and instead of one of their employees helping us, someone from Dell helped us. Of course they pushed a Dell onto us but they didn't have it in stock and I had to go to another location to get it.. Got home and had problems loading the computer up. Brought it back to the store and they told me the hard drive was bad. I could bring it to another store to exchange it since they didn't have any in stock. I did that and told them to load it up for me. They had a long wait at their Geek Squad and I didn't feel like waiting an hour for this but I should have. Got home and within 2 days the computer wouldn't load up. Back to the store to return the computer and buy a different brand. Got home and this computer looked a little dented in the back. Everything works so I kept the computer but they lost my business for good.

So my aunt purchase a fridge and they had the worst delivery ever. Every day they would come to deliver it they had an excuse they basically made us turn a part our stairs. We took the hand of the stairs and mind you my house full of kids and handicap grandpa. They came 8 times with the truck to deliver it so after the we decided to get our money. We would empty our fridge everyday when they were going and because of the we had to throw out alot food. I'll recommend to buy it in pcrichard or home Depot or something. We just bought in pc Richard and they didn't have a hard time.
