This 5 star rating is for Dimitri in tv department in Paramus, NJ NOT for bestbuy. He helped me to arrange haul away my old 57" tv although bestbuy online failed to help me to arrange it before and after I ordered new tv from bestbuy. I've tried multiple stores and calls to online support but the line is always busy and often got disconnected after being on hold for more than an hour. Even Amazon who doesn't have brick and mortar store has better service than bestbuy. Bestbuy should hire more people like Dimitri or they will be out of business in few years.

I was sexually harassed in the bathroom by staff as I urinated at the urinal in the men's bathroom all over false allegations of theft. I called corporate and they did absolutely nothing. The security was a real sicko who got way to close to me and was staring directly at my genitals as I was relieving myself. When I showed the receipt for the 800 dollar phone I bought I never even got an apology. I understand there are certain loss prevention techniques, but what this security staff member did was aggressive homosexual harassment. Enough said, this place is trash and the people that work there are even worse.

I had to put a star, but didn't want to because of the stores 15 day return policy. I received a gift in the mail from my family and what they bought me I couldn't use because it was for a device that I didn't own. Nonetheless, I will not be doing business with Best Buy anymore. Thank God I found this out because my wife and I are looking for a new all in one PC. We found the same item for $300 cheaper on AMAZON. I feel Best Buy will end up just like Circuit City... BROKE and out of business.

Not stores fault... best buy phone support told me their form to pre order phone is messed up and to drive to a store. Find out in the store they dont upgrade business accounts. Idiots.
