The staff here is not helpful at all. They are not well trained and very inefficient in their work! We came to update our iPhone here. After letting us wait for one hour, they told us that we can not buy a phone because we don't have New Jersey driver license and our driver license in another state does not work! They took our ID in the beginning and did not say anything then! Never go back for sure.
Not recommend to anyone!

Extraordinary customer service!!!!
Very polite and kind woman named Joa went far and beyond what any other best buy employees at different locations did to help me get the phone I wanted...BEST BUY NEEDS TO GIVE HER A RAISE!!!

Poor customer service.
This guy Travis is a jerk. He goes o you gotta bring printouts of online orders blah blah and then after spending less than 30 seconds in the back he finds the order an then he goes my system is down and I can't finish the order.
Just the way he greated me and debt with me was pretty damn rude.
