As everyone has reviewed, manager is just b***ch. I was buying 10 gift card worth $25 each for a event. It was taking a time for a new guy at register and she came in saying that limit is only $50. Ohh Come on.

Again she was rude

This is the worst store with the worst employees I have ever talked with. Bunch of liars. Especially the assistance manager Nelly. The are thieves. My daughter took her Sim phone card to have it cut. the idiot employee number # 1936 took the Sim card from my daughter and told her if the Sim gets damaged he is not responsible. He put the Sim card in the cuter machine and after he pressed it he told my daughter it will cost you $ 14.00
My daughter paid the amount and came home to find out that the Sim card is damaged and not working. I contacted Nelly the assistant manager who was rude and said she was next to her salesman when he told my daughter he is not responsible. She also lied about the salesman telling my daughter about the price before he damaged the card? on the receipt the transection said "full Body Zag"
Nelly, refuse to give me the idiot 's name and she did not offer any apology.
$ 14.00 to cut a sim card ? total rip off. I hope the owner of that horrible store read my message and reply, and I hope they will be out of business soon.
They simply rip off people and hire the worst staff ever.
I will never ever walk by that store, and I will write every where about that horrible experience.
I will keep trying to contact the owner and make sure he knows what kind of customer service his staff provide.
They are very bad people and should not be working.
