HORRIBLE!!!!!!! If I can give a -10 star I would. I live 10 minutes from here, I rather drive 30 minutes to another Best Buy. First of there's barely people working here and the ones that are, are so lazy and look like they're miserable. Secondly, they NEVER pick up their phone the phoned stood ringing for over 6 minutes and no one picked up. They should get new staff or closedown!!!

Clean and usually has stocked what I'm looking for. But it's not for bargain hunters. You find better prices online.

I like best buy but really struggle to figure out why this one is still open. They don't have much in store and there is the one on Valley stream that is 10 minutes away and is quite a bit better. Only reason I go here is because it is very close to home.

Prices are weird, they fluctuate a lot between in store and on-line but that's just corporate I don't blame store itself for that. I hate the layout though, and the staff knows nothing about the products they are selling. Make sure you look up questions before you head into the store.

Be careful at this best buy someone when in and get a credit card with my name and bought a car System and the casher did not ask for no ID the system cost $800.00 and when I call best buy they told me in NYC they don't have to ask for Id news flash the casher better start saving some money to pay of this item bc I did a police report.. who they hell don't ask for ID with a big item like this are your that desperate to get money out of ppls.. someone going to loss they JOB.
