Never will I be going to this location again... Horrible service. No one wants to help you. When you call an associate over,they have an attitude like you disturbed them. Stay away from this location....

Worst experience ever. Went in to buy a Keurig with a $250 Gift card (from a black friday promotion). They told me i could not use my gift card unless i printed it - Asked for a supervisor and was told the supervisor denied using the gift card as well. After calling their corporate office from the store i asked for the manager again he finally was called. Explained how frustrated i was spending 90 minutes trying to get someone to allow me to use my gift card. The electronic gift card clearly said it can be used by scanning the bar code on the email i have. Manager showed no sympathy to the issue and just walked away after i told him how ignorant everyone had been to the issue. Would rather drive to Queens Blvd then come here again.

Best best but I've went to. Went in not knowing anything about the best TV or speaker system to buy and the sale person Marcus trawick help me out so much. He was even professional when his girlfriend I gather came for is break and he made sure he still took all his time for a new customer. The other sales associates were friendly too!!

By far the worst service I've ever went through. The mangers there needs more training on how to handle customers. I felt discriminated, humiliated. Had to take my business else just to make a return I highly don't recommend dealing with this type of behavior and the store manager needs to be aware of the situation I will be filing a complaint.

I recognized the mobile manager from before and i believe she recognized me. In the past we have had a bad relationship and have always battled. Today she was not rude, but not nice. She gave good service so I was not annoyed. With these people, i don't expect them to be courteous and greet me with a smile. For this reason I gave them a 3.
