I think they just need at lease two to three people on a single category not one person who's being taken up for three hours by an elderly couple who don't know what they want but hopes the one and only person there give them the next three hours

Went to to check out and the cashier was so sweet and patient very cheerful .
She helped us compare beats for my son thank you .

Lines are long, not enough people working- good selection of items probably only because this best buy is such a inconvenience once you're inside. Good luck trying to get ANYBODY to answer the phones - I called several times throughout the day to see if my order was ready for pickups and nobody cared to answer. Horrible representation of what a best buy should be

If I could give it less than one star I would. The service is terrible. The lines are extremely long. It needs more staffing.please add a bigger budget so you can hire more people. Train your employees that they come to work so when someone ask for help don't make it seem as if where bothering them. The worst best buy in new York
