Best Buy

Would give this place 3.5 stars if I could. The staff when you can find them are above average for a bestbuy. This is a good place to order online and pickup. The selection is decent for a bestbuy and the one up is they price match so when your in a crunch and can't wait for Amazon prime this is the place to go for electronics. The customer support staff here are very efficient so returns and price matches are done quicker then most stores I've been to period.

For a Best buy in Brooklyn,NY I luv it! Won't lie the ones upstate are fast and employees are way to nice but I like the realness when ppl don't kiss up to you to make a sale lol

This is a horror place for shoppers. I ordered a graphics card online and took two days to ready to be picked up, even though it was showing available today ( the day o ordered ).
I went to store and waited 40 straight minutes to get the item. Them were like going back and forth asking for the order number and still couldn't find the item. Meanwhile I lost all the patience I had. I requested to cancel the item. Meanwhile I saw someone ordered a 40 inches samsung TV had to cancel right fronto of Me only because of their poor customer service.
I'm going to through a way best by credit card today. Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Will never going to any best buy ever.

I can't even begin to describe how bad this store is in comparison. I am not used to being helped very well at a Best Buy but this one is special. No one seems to know what is going on here. I knew exactly what I want when I walked in, I told an employee, " please get me an iPad Air 16gb white". Almost an hour later he brought back a gold air 2. I waited 5 more minutes and then decided to leave and go to target next door.

The staff is decent, the business model is the flaw however its the most efficient among national retailers. The system went down while I waited to pay cash at checkout. There was only one checkout...the staff took the initiative to check us out despite the system being down. One should expect better but understanding business as well as witnessing the gradual progression of retail, be glad Best Buy is a decent retailer. Circuit City, Crazy Eddie and others were never this capable of meeting the customers' needs. Wal-Mart and Target come close but for this particular market and location P.C. Richard's maybe, and some bottom feeders probably patronize Bobby's which is a low end purgatory paradise for certain demographics. I hope patrons give the blue shirts more endorsements, they aren't perfect but they are the leading semblance of perfection.
