This is a great little company that is very customer service oriented. You just can’t find an honest property management company these days, but these guys are it. Smart, intuitive, detail oriented and at a reasonable price.

I appreciate their transparency with what they are doing and willingness to keep me informed about all details. Everything gets taken care of as it should and that's why I will stay with Bermeo.

Terrific! I can get all the info I need online and the system is very easy to navigate. They're a small company too, so I know I will always get the attention I deserve.

These are some of the hardest working guys I've ever met! Very bright, dedicated, and driven. They provide a very good quality service at a reasonable price.
