I know see you need to arrive at 7am to register and then you will need to wait till 10am for their Tech's to arrive and attend to you, please be aware that the HANDICAP door is locked & bolted so you have to leave the handicapped person out side alone in whatever weather go around front to request the door to be opened.

"Unprofessional" I went for a Mammogram- X-ray and MRI, i have to say that the secretary in the billing department "Isabel" was very nasty and unprofesional, my insurance didnt pay complete becuase they submint the bill wrong and she refused to re-send the bill to my insurance and i ended paying $200.

I went for a pregnancy sonogram and the technician was fantastic. At 6 weeks, he showed us the various features of the embryo and we were able to hear the heartbeat! It was a fantastic visit. I was afraid that I hadn't had enough water to drink or hadn't waited long enough (usually you have to wait a couple of hours to have a full bladder), but all was good! I look forward to visit this location over the next 7 months.

receptionist claimed we did not have coverage so we paid out in cash. after looking into it further, we did in fact have coverage.
waited about 3 hours after being rushed through the billing process.
patient was asked to sign about 5 papers that were unexplained to her. meanwhile i noticed a massive folder on the desk reading "CUSTOMER COMPLAINT FILES". i got even more nervous.
the x-ray technician was a creep. didn't say more than about five words. and yes, this guy was performing an ultrasound.
this was suppose to be an experience to celebrate, seeing our baby for the first time.
