The Record's delivery people and supervisors are incompetent. I regularly received no paper on Saturdays and/or the wrong paper on Sundays. I complained numerous times and it never was corrected. I spoke with several different customer service people. One was certain that a neighbor had been pilfering my paper. I find that highly unlikely because I resided in a condominium building with 24 hour security and video cameras. After I canceled my subscription they continued to harass me with phone calls and emails.
