The apartments themselves are not bad, but the noise is over the top! The floors are so thin here I hear every tip toe my neighbor above me makes, except he doesn't tiptoe, it's like sasquatch running laps around the living room. And forget about the music... it's like listening to a concert in your own apartment.
On top of that, the resident below me continuously calls the police on me for the noise made from walking around in my own apartment.
The prices may be alright but it's worth an extra hundred or two to go elsewhere for the sanity it would bring to not hear every little thing your neighbors are doing!
The management company definitely is unhelpful too, every time I call they are completely unhelpful and really could care less what is going on as long as they get your rent each month.
Find yourself a quieter place to live!
