Dr. Russell Sandman and his team are true professionals. Their customer service is outstanding. They're extremely responsive to special requests and questions. They're friendly and patient and always make sure to answer questions thoroughly and in a manner that is easy to understand. Both of our sons went to Dr. Sandman for braces. Neither one of them ever complained about going and they enjoyed each visit. Dr. Sandman and his staff did a great job relating to the kids and always made them feel comfortable, safe and welcome. I have had a great experience with braces for all 3 of my kids. Dr.Sandman and his staff have an amazing way with children. He is always patient with them and helps them out no matter what...even when they break their retainer and their mother goes crazy!

I have been a patient there for about 6 years and I love it there. Everyone is so welcoming and they have their arms open to anyone. Dr Sandman is so kind and caring for his patients. He is constantly wondering if there is anything he can do for us and great with kids and teens like myself. Even though I go there once a year to get a check up on my retainers, its like no time passed. I never thought I would have such an amazing orthodontist. Getting braces was kind of a scary idea but Dr. Sandman talked me through it and he was there every step of the way. The atmosphere of the office is warm, friendly and energetic. Dr. Sandman is the greatest Orthodontist I have ever met. My teeth are perfect because of him and his amazing team that works with him. The atmosphere of the office was warm and friendly. Best of all, after my experience here, I didn't just come out with a perfect smile but also many friends. He and his staff always remember you and try to create close relationships with so you don't feel like "just another patient".
