I live approximately two and a half hours away from the dealership, so the experience began with a phone call. I was fortunate to make contact with our salesperson Jose Perez, who was truly professional from the initial greeting to the delivery and follow up.
We were trading a vehicle and Jose was up front with my cars value and the price of his car. This was all done with class and integrity. We were also up in the air as to how we were going to finance the transaction, and once again Jose took care of everything and supplied us with a very competitive rate. When we firmed up the deal, we drove to New Jersey for a Saturday delivery. When we reached the dealership, Jose was waiting and had everything ready and had us in and out in a very short time. He was very helpful explaining all the new upgrades over our trade and was kind enough to link my wife's phone to the cars blue tooth.
I was very impressed with every employee we met, was very impressed with the outgoing managers there, and was impressed with the finance manager Mike who was very pleasant.
Overall I would most certainly buy another vehicle from Benzel-Busch and Jose. In addition I will recommend my associates to drive 2 hours for their next car, because the trade off is a wonderful experience.
