Recently went it and felt intimidated from the second I stepped in to the store. I had a guy follow me for a good 20 minutes making sure I was not up to no good. WOW what a difference a year makes! A year ago I was looking for a Bentley and found the same experience as "Alex" in the previous review. But recently I decided to take another look and to say I was impressed is an understatement. The sales representative I dealt with was down to earth and gave only the information that pertained to me, no "sales pitch talk" just how the car could benefit me. The guys who run the place were great and made it a point to introduce themselves so me, something thats to rare in the automobile industry. The service was equally as kind and really helped me figure out what the best plan was to keep my Bentley in top shape. I can't wait to go back and see what's new because they have done a great job at welcoming me. I give them 5 stars because they seem to really understand what a customer expects from Bentley and the improvements they made, were just astounding!

There guys are just the worst, after they sell you the car, they never want to see you again. Greedy as..wipes. Comeplete rip off, will never go back to this dealership, nor will i recomend anyone who owns a nice car to go to them, they treat you like sh*t all who work there are aching with jelousy to own a bentley, and dispise all that do.
