Very rude night dispatchers personnel!
No customer deserves such rudeness and negligence from those who suppose to provide quality services!
Dispatchers of night shift in this car service company, uses abusive language in their language(russian) thinking that English speaking clients do not understand them.
I definitely WILL NOT recommend this company to my friends.
These people need to learn how to behave appropriately and how to communicate PROFESSIONALLY with variety of customers of New York

The car was ordered day before the trip to an airport. Order was confirmed in the morning.
Yet, no car arrived. Operator told us, that no order was placed. So we had to find another car service for our parents. They could miss the plane because of all that.
Couple of weeks before this happens we used this car service ourselves. The driver did not use the seat belt, it was tucked behind the seat and he drives a bit recklessly changing two lanes at a time. The smell in the car was awful. We used this car service before to get to the airport, but now I do not trust them.
